Utsha D. Rozario

My name is Utsha D. Rozario, a Registered Nurse and proud graduate of BIRDEM Nursing College, but beyond my professional life, I carry a deep and enduring passion for numismatics.

My fascination with old coins and banknotes began in childhood. Whether I was visiting a small roadside shop or traveling by rickshaw or bus, I often stumbled upon old notes that instantly captured my attention. I would save each piece with care—never realizing that these small moments of curiosity would someday shape a lifelong journey into the world of collecting.

Over the years, that innocent interest grew into a serious and heartfelt pursuit. I gradually expanded my collection through personal discoveries and by connecting with collectors across Bangladesh. My primary focus lies in pre- and post-independence Bangladeshi banknotes and coins, Bangladeshi commemoratives, Pakistan period notes, and pieces that beautifully reflect our nation’s history, culture, and evolution.

Alongside this, I also enjoy collecting international banknotes, foreign coins, Souvenir items, and the occasional unique antiquity. To me, every note and coin is more than a collectible—each one feels like holding a fragment of time. Their marks, textures, and designs carry stories of people, places, and periods long past.

Today, collecting is not just a hobby—it is a way for me to preserve history and celebrate the artistry, heritage, and untold stories behind currencies from around the world. My growing collection represents passion, dedication, and the joy of discovering rare and meaningful pieces.

 Mission

To preserve and promote the historical and cultural value of banknotes, coins, and antiquities by building a well-curated collection centered on Bangladesh’s pre- and post-independence eras, while connecting with collectors worldwide to share knowledge, inspire interest, and encourage responsible collecting.

 Vision

To become a recognized and trusted numismatics enthusiast whose collection stands as a timeless archive of heritage—celebrating Bangladesh’s journey, enriching global appreciation of currency history, and inspiring future generations to explore and preserve the stories hidden within old coins and banknotes.
