Abu Sayed Molla

I, Abu Sayed Molla, have been passionately involved for many years in collecting postage stamps, local and foreign matchboxes, as well as coins and paper currency. To me, stamps, matchboxes, coins, and banknotes are far more than mere objects—they are reflections of time, culture, and human life.

The designs on stamps from different countries, the engravings on old coins, or even a simple matchbox—each carries the touch of the past. I believe that a collection is a silent art form for preserving history.

My collection includes stamps from Bangladesh and various other countries, both circulating and commemorative coins, as well as a diverse range of matchboxes. I view collecting not merely as a hobby, but as an important medium for preserving heritage and pursuing knowledge.

In my opinion, collections clearly reflect history, culture, and the evolution of time. Every item in my collection represents a chapter of time—a living document preserved for future generations.

Time leaves its marks on small objects—and searching for these silent witnesses is my devotion.

I see collecting as going beyond a mere pastime; it is a responsibility toward preserving heritage. I am sincerely interested in mutual cooperation, sharing experiences, and encouraging new collectors within the Bangladeshi collecting community.

Enriching the collector community of Bangladesh and inspiring the new generation toward this creative and historical pursuit is the core goal of my collecting journey.
