About Me
I am Mushfiquer Rahman. I am ardent and devoted numismatist. I started collection since the age of seven. What began as childhood curiosity has grown into a lifelong hobby rooted in appreciation for history, artistry, and cultural heritage expressed through Paper Money, Coin, Stamp & Match Box.
I have completed my MSc. in Accounting & Finance from Gloucestershire University. Currently I am a banker and also Professional members of IPA, IFA, IIAB & CGA.
My Collecting Focus
My key focus is on paper money and coins. I have a particular interest in significant and iconic issues. I am especially drawn to pieces featuring “ONE” denomination notes and coins, as well as currency depicting “QUEEN”, reflecting both historical importance and design elegance.

My Collecting Philosophy
My approach to collecting is purely hobby focused. I collect for the joy of discovery, the historical stories behind each piece, and the satisfaction of preserving monetary heritage. Each item in my collection represents a moment in time and a connection to global history.
My Goals
· Continue expanding my collection of “One” denomination currency
· Strengthen my themed collection featuring Elizabeth II
· Participate in exhibitions and knowledge-sharing within collector communities
· Preserve and document my collection for future generations
