My name is Md. Johir Hasan Icarus, hailing from the Khulna district of Bangladesh. My father is a retired government employee, while my mother is a dedicated homemaker. Since childhood, I have had a strong passion for extracurricular activities, and my active involvement in them has greatly contributed to my personal growth and development.

I completed my graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from Daffodil International University, and I am currently engaged in business professionally.

Alongside my professional career, I am a passionate numismatist with a specialized interest in Bangladeshi banknote prefixes and connecting prefixes. Collecting Bangladeshi banknotes is an interesting and educational hobby. Each banknote reflects the history, culture, and heritage of Bangladesh. Different designs, colors, and security features make the notes unique. Old and rare banknotes are especially valuable to collectors. This hobby helps people learn about the country’s economic development.

As a dedicated collector, I have had the honor of participating in several prestigious exhibitions, including the BNCS Numismatic Exhibition 2017, the Khulna Collectors’ Show 2022, and the 5^th BNCS Numismatic Exhibition 2024.

I am a lifetime member of several organizations in Bangladesh, such as Bangladesh Numismatic Collectors’ Society (BNCS), Khulna Collectors Society (KCS), Bangladesh Matchbox Collectors’ Club (BMCC), and Bandura Collectors’ Club (BCC).
