I have been passionate about collecting coins since childhood, it’s more than a hobby to me; it’s a lifelong journey through history. My collection began in the 1990s with a few Libyan coins given to me by my mother, and that small gift sparked a fascination that has stayed with me ever since. Over the years, my collection has grown to include coins that are nearly 3,000 years old, each one carrying a story from a different time and civilization.

I proudly collect coins from both existing nations and countries that no longer appear on the world map, preserving pieces of forgotten histories. However, my special interest lies in coins from British India, whose designs, metals, and inscriptions reflect a remarkable historical era.

My love for history doesn’t stop at coins. I also collect postal stamps and medals from British India, which add even greater depth and character to my collection. Each piece reflects a unique chapter of the past, preserving stories of an era that shaped the subcontinent’s history.

Alongside these, I am equally passionate about collecting paper currency from British India. The intricate designs, signatures, and historical symbols on these notes fascinate me. For me, every coin, stamp, medal, and banknote is more than just an object, it is a tangible connection to history, a small but powerful piece of the past that I am proud to preserve.

My passion for numismatics goes beyond collecting. I actively research rare and historically significant coins, and several of my studies on exceptional specimens have been published in scholarly journals.
